Keenova in Malvern, PA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who reports to the Executive Director and serves as the primary HR business partner for assigned client groups, managing employee relations and day-to-day support.

The role develops, implements, and evaluates HR policies and programs, partners with COEs and leaders to drive culture, compensation, and talent strategies, and leads talent reviews and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years of HRBP experience covering talent acquisition, org effectiveness, learning & development, and talent management.
• At least 5 years in a business partner role collaborating with senior leaders and influencing HR strategy.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a business partner to assigned client groups for HR programs and strategies.
• Lead HR strategic action plans and identify HR solutions to improve performance.
• Partner with COEs to plan growth and development of high-performance teams.
• Design, develop, and implement HR strategy, policy, programs, processes and initiatives.
• Oversee salary reviews, workforce planning, and talent mobility.
