Job summary

RiseMe in Austell, GA is seeking a Business Partner - Human Resources to oversee day-to-day HR activities in the assigned area. You will develop/review recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation and onboarding programs while coaching staff and conducting performance evaluations.

You will monitor compliance with company policies and regulations, manage payroll systems and provide leadership with essential reports. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR activities in the assigned area.
• Develop and oversee recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation and onboarding programs.
• Support staff coaching, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Monitor operations for compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage payroll systems and provide leaders with essential reporting.
• Oversee payroll processing and corrections per policy.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and ensure required certifications/licensure.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security of employee and patient information.
• Travel as needed; report to Regional HR Manager.
