Job summary

Elevate Solutions Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives at our Austell facility, near the Atlanta metro. This onsite leadership role partners with senior executives to shape people strategies, optimize talent, and ensure compliant, scalable HR programs.

You will oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and HR operations while promoting a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience with >150 personnel oversight and increasing responsibility.
• SHRM-CP required; advanced degrees or certifications advantageous.
• 24/5 shift schedule and site experience in Manufacturing or Distribution are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees.
• Lead HR initiatives related to growth, restructuring, workforce planning, and change management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Lead performance management and succession planning.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR policy programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain records.
• Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting.
