Job summary

Lenbrook Square Foundation Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Human Resources Strategic Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals across assigned departments.

You will provide strategic and operational HR guidance, drive workforce planning, and strengthen leadership capability. You will manage employee relations, performance management, and HR operations for ~300 employees within Paycom HRIS, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering, HRIS management, or compensation and total rewards program administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters from initial concern through resolution, including investigations and documenting relevant information.
• Oversee day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities for ~300 employees, ensuring timely HR transactions and accurate HRIS data (Paycom preferred).
• Support compensation processes, merit reviews, incentives, and organization-wide performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new associates; partner with Talent Acquisition and department leaders on staffing priorities.
• Assist Learning & Development and change initiatives to strengthen leadership and organizational capability.
