Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and department heads across multiple business units. You will design and deliver HR programs, coach leaders, and leverage analytics to drive workforce solutions that align with business goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, change management, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders and department heads.
• Provide and facilitate HR strategies and services for assigned business units.
• Act as talent advisor to identify, develop, and deploy talent with management and COE.
• Use data analytics to design HR solutions aligned to business needs.
• Lead change initiatives and manage HR programs in a matrix environment.
• Ensure HR services meet SLAs and maintain data integrity.
