Job summary

Acosta is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the strategic partner to Department Heads and Senior Leaders across business segments. You will deliver HR programs, provide status updates to HR leadership, and ensure effective HR services across the organization.

The role requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills with experience navigating a matrix organization. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders and management; translate HR strategies into concrete actions with measurable results.
• Act as a talent agent to identify, develop and deploy talent to meet business needs; partner with management and COE teams.
• Use analytics to design HR solutions aligned with business goals; conduct diagnostics to drive strategy.
• Own transformation in partnership with business leaders; manage change and communications for HR programs.
