Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to department heads and senior leaders. You will provide HR programs, guidance, and services to drive business initiatives and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrix environment. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making capabilities with extensive experience interpreting information to make business decisions and recommendations.
• Extensive experience partnering and using a consultative approach with stakeholders.
• Global & cultural effectiveness and business acumen are essential for strategic HR leadership.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees preferred with HR certifications (PHR/SPHR) when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR strategies and services as a strategic business partner to senior leaders.
• Act as talent advisor to identify, develop, and deploy talent to meet business needs.
• Lead HR programs ensuring timely delivery and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Build relationships with leaders to influence strategy and enable execution.
