Job summary

Acosta is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic link between department heads, senior leaders, and HR programs, delivering HR strategies and services with regular status updates to the HR Management team.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and project-management skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and the capacity to balance HR practices with business needs in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of HR laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to department heads and senior leaders.
• Lead talent and organizational diagnostics to align HR programs with business goals.
