Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees preferred; relevant substitutions possible.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
• 8+ years HR experience; 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders and department heads; deliver HR programs.
• Act as talent advisor to identify, develop and deploy talent to meet business needs.
• Use data analytics to design HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead change initiatives and measure impact on business performance.
• Broker HR solutions within HR Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery.
