Job summary

• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks, employee relations, and compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Analyze and interpret HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, influencing managers and leaders on people-related matters.
• Business Acumen: Develop understanding of client groups' structure and business priorities.
• Talent Management: Support talent development and succession planning to build leadership pipelines.

• Performance Management: Advise on development plans and coaching strategies; assist with PIPs.
