Trellint is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a consultant to management and staff, guiding HR policy and employee lifecycle management across the United States and Mexico.

The role leads talent acquisition, compensation processes, training, and employee engagement while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. A bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience are expected; bilingual Spanish is preferred, with regular US–Mexico travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of relevant HR experience recommended.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the business subject matter expert regarding HR policy and interpretation.
• Provide support on restructuring and organization design; facilitate workforce planning.
• Improve employee engagement, morale, productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations; lead organizational change.
• Implement and align HR strategies including talent acquisition, staffing, training, compensation benchmarking, and EEOC/AA compliance.
• Travel regularly between the United States and Mexico; collaborate with leadership on HR projects.
