Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to partner with leadership across multiple business units in the South Central US region, driving people strategy and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

The role requires 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, in-depth employment law knowledge, and strong collaboration with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions that support growth, engagement, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of strategic HR business partnership experience.
• Experience partnering with leadership across multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Lead HR programs in collaboration with COEs (Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Benefits, Compensation).
• Support merger & acquisition HR activities including due diligence and integration.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate HR-related risk.
