Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives across practice integrations, culture, and enterprise programs. You will partner with HR leadership and operations to design scalable HR frameworks and deliverables that support governance and business goals.

Reporting to HR leadership, you will own the rollout of HR tools, SOPs, and training materials, ensuring consistent execution in a multi-site MSO environment while managing change and risk for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, business or related field.
• 3+ years in HR with integrations, change management or program design.
• Active HR certification required (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Strong ability to translate complex processes into scalable materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to shape workforce initiatives and programs.
• Lead integration readiness, culture trends, and change impacts.
• Develop tools, materials and execution plans for HR strategy.
• Manage HRIS rollout, policy changes, and benefits changes.
• Coordinate onboarding for integrated practices and post-integration reviews.
