Job summary

Responsibilities include partnering with executives for workforce planning and change initiatives, analyzing HR trends, ensuring data integrity, and providing day-to-day performance guidance while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4-7 years of HR experience with compensation, employee relations and performance management.
• Experience with federal and state employment laws.
• Strong negotiation and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional management to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
• Analyze HR trends to develop programs and policies with HR leadership.
• Ensure HR data integrity to align with digital initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers and employees.
• Act as the main HR contact for employee relations in the region.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and engage regional teams.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities within the region.
• Shape HR strategies by understanding business needs with management.
• Oversee HR projects to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Champion organizational values and culture across the region.
