Dexian HR Business Partner in Odessa, Texas seeks an experienced HR professional to align business objectives with employees and management across units. You will partner with HR and leadership to deliver value-added services and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, coaching, and performance management, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable laws.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Provides input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identifies training needs and coordinates executive coaching.
• Evaluates training programs to ensure objectives are met.
• Travel to work locations for site visits.
