Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the HR strategy for the Americas Partner Management organization, part of the AWS Specialists & Partners group. The role partners with business leaders to align talent priorities with business outcomes, drive employee experience for builders, and strengthen org health across the region.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations and Workforce Planning to shape

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years as HRBP or blend of operations and HR experience.
Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
Experience in a matrixed organization.
Experience working with tech leadership populations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve HR initiatives.
Partner with central HR Partner organization to address employee relations issues.
Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practices.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and performance development.
Function as a consultant to leaders; translate business needs into HR plans.
Develop and implement people plans to export talent to the broader AWS organization.
