Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings.
• Knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, learning, and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities; or experience in managing and troubleshooting network.
• 8+ years of HR experience.
• Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
• Experience working with employment & labor laws across the United States and familiarity with Canadian and LATAM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
• Contribute broadly to the West Region teams (West US, Canada, and LATAM).
• Define HR goals based on business drivers and uncover underlying people issues.
• Earn trust as a partner to Infrastructure leadership locally and regionally.
• Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders.
• Review and analyze business metrics on retention and employee experience to propose systemic improvements.
• Lead annual and mid-year reviews focusing on performance management and development.
• Provide compensation support including salary planning and promotions.
• Address employee relations issues fairly, representing all interests.
