Job summary

River Bank is seeking an HR Business Partner to execute HR strategies across the organization, focusing on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and compliance. This onsite role travels to branch locations and events as needed to support a diverse workforce.

You will coach managers, drive talent management, administer HR data and systems, and ensure adherence to federal and state laws while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 5 years experience in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR management and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
