Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with firm leaders and deliver people-related programs. The HRBP will provide strategic direction and consult across service lines and geographies, aligning HR talent delivery with business priorities and Riveron values.

You will manage performance, retention, and talent programs, coach leaders, and use people data to identify trends and drive action in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/talent experience.
• Experience supporting a global and culturally diverse workforce.
• Strong coach, collaborator, and influencer with trusted relationships.
• Professional services, consulting, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Comfortable using people data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across service lines and geographies.
• Deliver people programs with a client-service mindset for a global workforce.
• Lead core HR programs: design, performance, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Advise on workforce, capability, and succession planning to strengthen leadership.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends and drive action on performance and retention.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development on integrated solutions.
• Support change initiatives and ensure compliant, consistent people practices.
