Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with firm leaders across service lines and geographies, delivering people-related programs and strategic direction to support a global, diverse workforce.

You will design and deliver HR programs, coach leaders, manage performance and talent reviews, and use data to inform decisions while aligning with Riveron’s culture and DE&I commitments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience with global/diverse workforce.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive work forward, and balance strategy with execution.
• Strong coaching, collaboration, and influence across a matrixed organization.
• Comfort using people data and insights to inform decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand priorities and talent needs across geographies.
• Deliver HR programs with a client-service mindset for a global workforce.
• Lead core HR programs: org design, performance reviews, promotions, development planning, retention.
• Advise on workforce planning, succession, and leadership pipelines.
• Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and documentation.
• Use data to identify trends, assess risk, and drive practical actions.
