Job summary

Omnicom Health in New York is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, delivering day-to-day HR guidance and building a positive employee experience. You will support onboarding, talent acquisition coordination, compensation processes, performance management, and development initiatives while fostering strong relationships and a client-focused service mindset.

In-office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–3+ years of HR experience across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR tools.
• Experience supporting employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation planning, talent programmes, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to guide and support employees and managers.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible with ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and provide inclusive guidance.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related topics and conducting exit interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure onboarding and new hire check-ins.
• Support talent acquisition by coordinating approvals and onboarding.
• Facilitate compensation processes, merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning; manage reward programs.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to communicate offerings and support performance and development processes.
