Job summary

Omnicom Media, a leading global media network, is seeking an Associate Director, HR to partner with internal clients across NY, Jersey City, and Miami. The role requires delivering executive-level HR services, forming an integrated HR team, and driving strategic initiatives in training, retention, and compensation.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong customer service with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years in HR with proficiency in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development.
• Industry backgrounds in advertising, digital media, media planning/buying, communications, technology, and entertainment/media a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations issues with policy knowledge and judgment.
• Roll out performance management, goal setting and development planning.
• Coordinate mobility initiatives including relocation, rotation, transfers and promotions.
• Screen candidates and manage the hiring process.
• Onboard new hires and integrate them into the organization.
• Provide lifecycle support from hire to termination including recruitment assistance and policy interpretation.
• Support relations for all personnel issues—appraisals, discipline, conflicts, compliance.
• Partner with management on training, retention and compensation initiatives.
• Supervise payroll matters and liaise with payroll department.
• Assist in creating diversity initiatives and uplift HR plans with the team.
