Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day HR activities and ensures timely delivery of services.
• Investigates employee relations issues and manages wage/salary, benefits, performance and development programs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and Legrand policies.
• Administers HR services to attract, develop and retain employees.
• Maintains positive employee relations and counsels managers and staff.
