Inspire TCI in Everett, Washington, seeks a Human Resources Manager to provide HR business partnership and leadership to designated functional leaders. You will manage the full complement of human resource activities and collaborate with the HR team to support business growth.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a strong employee relations background, with experience coaching managers and aligning HR programs with strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and employee relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day HR activities and ensures timely delivery of services.
• Investigates employee relations issues and manages wage/salary, benefits, performance and development programs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and Legrand policies.
• Administers HR services to attract, develop and retain employees.
• Maintains positive employee relations and counsels managers and staff.
