Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience including organizational initiatives and business strategy; 10 years in an HRBP/HR generalist role.
• Experience supporting leaders and employees in a manufacturing environment with hourly workforce.
• Coaching leaders and leading HR programs; supervising or developing HR team members.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and functional leaders to align people priorities with business strategy and operational goals.
• Lead site HR team to deliver consistent, effective HR programs and services.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and rewards processes to support accountability and meritocracy.
• Build leader capability for employee relations, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure HR practices align with company policy and employment laws.
• Track HR metrics and apply analytics and AI capabilities to strengthen HR strategy.
