Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support clinics in Queens and Long Island and corporate teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will serve as a trusted advisor on people matters and business goals.

You will partner with leaders to navigate employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, while advancing engagement and organizational effectiveness across multi-site operations.

Formación

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, PM, and employment law.
• Ability to coach, influence, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Excellent communication, judgment, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across Queens and Long Island clinics and assigned corporate teams.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with clinic, regional, and corporate leaders to understand needs.
• Coach leaders through employee concerns, performance issues, and organizational changes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruiting, job descriptions, branding, career fairs.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, training, and employee development efforts.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and exit trends to inform people decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
