Job summary

Alleguard, a leader in protective packaging, seeks an HR Business Partner to support the Anderson, SC plant and adjacent operations. You will partner with leaders, manage employee relations, drive HR programs, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and training while safeguarding confidential records.

The role requires 4+ years in HR, manufacturing experience, and willingness to travel 25–40% to Grandville, MI and other facilities as needed. A professional HR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 4+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel 25–40% to other locations as needed.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support plant HR goals and partner with leaders and managers.
• Serve as on-site HR point of contact and culture champion.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee development activities.
• Conduct investigations and advise management on employee relations.
• Handle documentation of Worker’s Compensation issues and confidential records.
