Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Level 3) to support the Distribution Services business, based in Chandler, AZ, with options in Wichita, KS or O’Fallon, MO. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement across 49 locations in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

5+ years of total related experience in HR roles.
5+ years as HR Generalist (HRG) or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, and processes.
5+ years of experience executing strategies that promote superior employee engagement.
5+ years of experience linking HR strategies to business outcomes.
1+ years of experience presenting to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support managers with HR issues.
Partner with senior leaders on engagement strategies to attract and retain talent in remote locations.
Support and enhance the Remote Site Engagement Strategy with direct employee and manager contact.
Act as HR knowledge expert, consultant, coach and advisor to drive HR goals enterprise-wide.
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
