Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, provide insights, and shape key business priorities. You will coach leaders, develop leadership capabilities, and drive organizational effectiveness through improved team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, OD, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of management experience, including 3–4 years as HR Business Partner supporting leaders.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating Learning & Development initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development.
• Strong understanding of Performance management, employee relations, talent management and succession planning.
• Ability to coach leaders through complex people-related challenges including organizational change and performance improvement.

• Build trusted relationships across the organization and act as a thoughtful advisor to senior leadership.
