Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field required
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in business partner or generalist role
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
• Ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence at all levels of the org
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills; professional discretion

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Assurance Service Line, Region and ESO Leaders, aligning business objectives with people strategies
• Support the Assurance practice with guidance on workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent development, performance management, and organizational design
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and develop supporting HR strategies
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development
• Facilitate performance management and compensation review processes; coach and advise managers
• Support change initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
• Support training and development initiatives
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive environment
