Cologix seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders across the United States and Canada. You will blend hands-on HR support with strategic business partnership to drive performance, leave administration, and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong HR expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to build relationships while aligning with business objectives. This position offers cross-border scope and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on development and partnering.
• Ability to advise managers on policy, employment law, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting talent development, organizational design and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canada employment laws and HR practices.
• Analytical, communicational and relationship-building skills for workforce data insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead manager enablement and leadership development initiatives with HR leadership.
• Manage leaves of absence across US and Canada, including FMLA and provincial programs.
• Coordinate accommodation and return-to-work processes with legal compliance.
• Partner with leaders on talent reviews, succession planning and retention.
• Analyze workforce metrics and drive HR policy improvements across regions.
• Support employee relations and performance management processes.
