Cologix, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees, managers, and leaders across the United States and Canada.

This role blends hands-on HR support with strategic partnership, focusing on performance, leadership development, leave administration, and organizational effectiveness. You will enable managers, oversee leaves including FMLA, coordinate accommodations, and work with Payroll and Total Rewards on related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on manager development.
• Ability to advise and influence leaders while handling sensitive matters.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver manager training with HR leadership to strengthen leadership skills.
• Administer leaves of absence and return-to-work processes across the US and Canada.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and support HR policy design and compliance.
• Promote positive workplace culture and effective HR policy application.
• Coordinate performance management processes across the organization.
