Job summary

Cologix is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to support employees, managers, and leaders across the US and Canada. The role blends employee relations, manager coaching, performance management, leave administration, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will manage US/Canadian leave, HR analytics, compliance reporting, and policy implementation while influencing leaders and translating workforce data into practical actions that advance our business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a business-partnered, multi-state environment (US/Canada).
• Experience advising leaders, managing sensitive employee matters, and driving HR programs.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canada employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership to employees, managers, and leaders across US/Canada.
• Lead performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, state/provincial) and workplace accommodations.
• Analyze workforce data and drive organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, policy implementation, and HR process consistency.
