Job summary

UNC Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between the business and HR. You will advise leaders, coach teammates, and deliver HR solutions in partnership with HR specialties across UNC Health Rex and Johnston locations.

This hybrid role requires regular onsite presence, with travel between UNC Health locations as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of HR business partner experience are required to drive performance, policy, and people

• Develop effective working relationships and coach leaders and teammates.
• Design, research, develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with client strategies.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate with HR specialties.
• Identify gaps in HR policies and contribute to policy development and rollout.
• Provide transformational HR solutions in partnership with HR specialties.
• Drive HR initiatives across client groups including performance management, merit increases, incentive processes, restructures, learning and development, change management, succession.
• Embed a performance management culture with clear objectives and feedback.
