Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Morris, IL plant and other US manufacturing sites.
Advise leadership on people decisions that drive organizational effectiveness.
Own regional labor relations strategy and administer the collective bargaining agreement.
Partner with global HR and service providers to deliver HR services site-wide.
Ensure compliance with HR, ethics, and labor laws at the site.
Lead grievance processes and negotiations under the union contract.
Develop talent, retention, and succession strategies across HR priorities.
