Job summary

FORVIA, a global mobility technology leader, seeks a Site HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs and act as a trusted partner for site employees in a manufacturing setting.

You will support recruiting, performance management, organizational design, payroll, and HR digitization initiatives while collaborating with management to drive results. Fluent English and HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR required.
• 2–5 years of operative HR experience.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with HRIS systems (ADP, SuccessFactors, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Recruit key talents and manage induction for perimeter.
• Coordinate manpower plans and liaise with agencies.
• Coordinate and conduct employee evaluations and bonus processes.
• Execute local/global HR initiatives like surveys, employer branding, and change projects.
• Prepare reports and analyses and identify performance gaps for mitigation.
• Drive organizational change and act as trusted HR expert for site employees.
• Lead payroll-related duties and HR administration tasks.
• Support audits and HR digitization and plant transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with management to improve people processes and outcomes.
