Job summary

Forvia in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced Site HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for FORVIA employees in your perimeter, setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

You will lead recruiting, performance management, social climate initiatives, payroll coordination, and HR transformation projects, while upholding FORVIA’s ethics and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR in an industrial environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, SuccessFactors, SAP) and MS Office.
• International mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit key talents and manage local manpower plans.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and bonus processes.
• Drive social climate, organizational design, and change initiatives.
• Act as HR expert for FORVIA employees in the perimeter.
• Support payroll, digitization efforts, audits, and HR administration.
