You will balance strategic partnership with hands-on HR execution, shaping the employee experience, engagement, and performance. Fluency in English and knowledge of HR legislation are essential; SAP SuccessFactors familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• BA / BSc HR, business administration or related field.
• MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of operative HR experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders within your population.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals.
• Lead and support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance matters.
• Execute local and global HR initiatives, including engagement surveys and employer branding.
• Coordinate relationships with external HR service providers.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and talent development programs.
• Prepare workforce data, metrics, and HR reports for business decisions.
• Coordinate performance management and annual bonus processes.
• Support audits and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Collaborate with union representatives where applicable.
