You will partner with managers and employees to address workforce needs, ensure policy compliance, and support organizational effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive knowledge of core human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and classification, performance management, disciplinary processes, workplace safety, and ADA/FMLA administration.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong organization skills to manage competing demands and deadlines.

• Advise on performance management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and organizational change.
• Conduct investigations and develop job announcements and descriptions.
• Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations for decision-making.
