• Comprehensive knowledge of core human resources functions including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Discretion in handling sensitive matters and strong judgment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on performance management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, job classification, and organizational change.
• Conduct investigations, develop job announcements/descriptions, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations.
• Coach, deliver HR training, and support managers in applying sound HR practices including documentation and disciplinary procedures.
