Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources required.
• Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor on organizational design, human capital strategies, and change management.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and transform insights into actionable solutions.
• Support workforce planning, succession reviews, and mobility initiatives; collaborate with Talent Acquisition and external partners to meet future talent needs.
• Coach leaders through performance management and merit processes, supporting compensation decisions and offers in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
• Collaborate with L&OD to deliver leadership onboarding, training and development opportunities.
