Job summary

CVS Health in Hartford, CT seeks a Lead Director, HRBP to partner with senior HR leaders and align talent priorities with enterprise strategy. You will shape talent programs, strengthen leadership capability, and drive organizational effectiveness with discretion and strategic influence.

You will provide change leadership, coach leaders, and ensure HR processes deliver measurable impact on colleague experience and business performance across the HR function in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall professional work experience.
• 5 years of strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Director-level HR Business Partner role.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Mastery of collaboration and teamwork.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HRBP to the HR function, aligning talent priorities with business needs, enterprise direction, and long-term organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify the talent levers that matter most and focus the organization on clear, prioritized action.
• Build trusted relationships and provide consulting, coaching, and challenge to leaders navigating complex talent and organizational issues.
• Apply strong business acumen to understand how value is created and connect talent priorities to business outcomes.
• Drive strategies and initiatives that strengthen colleague experience and address engagement risks before they affect performance.
