CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, HRBP to partner with senior HR leaders and align talent priorities with our enterprise strategy. Based in Hartford, CT, this hybrid role focuses on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and colleague experience across the HR function.

You will guide leaders through complex talent challenges, delivering strategic consulting, coaching, and change leadership while shaping talent priorities and strengthening leadership capability for the future.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall professional work experience.
• 5 years of strategic HRBP experience.
• 1-2 years in a Director-level HRBP role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HRBP to align talent priorities with business needs and enterprise direction.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify talent levers and prioritize actions.
• Build trusted relationships and advisor to leaders navigating complex talent issues.
• Apply business acumen to connect talent priorities to outcomes.
• Anticipate future talent needs and plan for gaps.
• Drive strategies that strengthen colleague experience and engagement.
• Strengthen leadership capability and build a talent pipeline for the future.
• Support succession and organizational effectiveness.
• Diagnose root causes of people issues and recommend actions.
• Provide change leadership guidance and implement change.
• Deliver core talent processes with quality and impact.
• Take ownership and drive adoption across HR and business teams.
• Hybrid role based out of the Hartford, CT hub.
