UNC Health Caldwell is seeking a full-time, on-site HCS Director, HR Business Partners to shape the future of our organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to executives, develop people-focused strategies, and drive workforce engagement across the system.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare HR leadership experience, strong coaching and development skills, and a track record of aligning HR with business goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources, with at least five (5) years' experience as a HR Business Partner or an equivalent role.
• Understanding and applying HR principles, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategic Business Partner—facilitates development and implementation of people management practices.
• Employee relations: advise on investigations, policy interpretation, performance management, and discipline.
• Leading People: develop others, foster teamwork, delegate, and hold teams accountable.
• Leading Change: manage change processes and communicate vision and challenges.
• Results Driven: align HR with financial performance and budgeting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
