UNC Health Care in North Carolina is seeking a dynamic, full-time on-site HCS Director, HR Business Partners to lead strategic human resources and partner with executive leaders. This role focuses on shaping culture, guiding workforce initiatives, and driving organizational success across Caldwell and UNC Health’s system.

The ideal candidate will coach leaders, develop people-focused strategies, and align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources, with at least five (5) years' experience as a HR Business Partner or an equivalent role.
Understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.

Responsibilities

HR Strategic Business Partner- as a strategic partner, advise management on HR and business operations, developing practical solutions and serving as employee champion.
Employee Relations- advise management with investigations, policy interpretation, and performance management concerns, coordinating complex investigations and grievance review.
Leading People- leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, fostering an inclusive workplace and accountability.
Leading Change- initiates and manages change, communicates vision and gains support for initiatives.
Results Driven- exceed goals, manage budgets and monitor financial performance of Caldwell HR operations.
