ADP Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, proactively aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance and growth. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy on HR projects, aligning with ADP's culture and driving key programs that support local needs.

Daily you will leverage leadership, analytics, and collaboration to influence talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of exempt generalist HR experience.
• College degree is not strictly required if you have relevant experience.
• Military experience could be applicable for teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainable HR solutions aligned to business goals.
• Work closely with senior leaders as a trusted HR advisor.
