Qualifications

• This position requires a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least six years of senior or executive HR experience.
• Experience advising executive leadership and guiding workforce strategy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise the President and executive team on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employment-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support college goals, staffing, succession planning, and workforce priorities.
• Lead and manage the HR team, set priorities, and ensure effective HR services.
• Oversee workforce planning, position management, staffing strategies, and FTE management.
• Direct classification and compensation to support recruitment, retention, internal equity, and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for faculty, staff, and leadership positions.
• Ensure fair, documented practices in accordance with laws and college procedures.
• Collaborate with leaders to address engagement, performance management, and professional growth.
• Oversee benefits, retirement, leave administration, payroll, HR systems, and employee wellness.
• Review workforce data to identify trends and improvements; coordinate with state and federal bodies on HR policies.
