Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an experienced HR professional to design and implement human resources programs spanning staffing, compensation, benefits, visa processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Ensures compliance with EEO, ADA, OSHA, and related guidelines.

The role collaborates with site leaders to deploy talent initiatives and develop a high-performance workforce. Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and implements HR programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training and health and safety programs.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, ADA and OSHA guidelines.
• Partners with business leaders to deploy talent acquisition/management, engagement, leadership development, communications, and compensation initiatives.
• Provides guidance to site leaders to foster a high performance workforce and ensure legal compliance.
