This role supports a smooth, positive candidate journey while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers in a manufacturing environment. You will help strengthen recruiting outcomes through process improvement, strong stakeholder relationships, and attention to legal compliance and documentation.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications, supporting meaningful job descriptions.
• Guide and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Work with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular candidate communication by providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
• Keep accurate, organized candidate records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure recruiting activities align with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Source candidates in line with requisition goals and deliverables.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout recruiting and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
