Job summary

ADM in Decatur, IL seeks a hands-on Human Resources Manager to partner with AS&O leaders across North America. You will develop people strategies, strengthen leadership capability, and drive workforce planning, talent pipelines, and colleague engagement.

You will serve as on-site HR partner for the Decatur NAHQ and collaborate with HR teams to deliver effective people programs, processes, and employee relations while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred).
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR or other HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AS&O leaders to provide consultation on talent, leadership, workforce strategy, and colleague matters.
• Translate AS&O priorities into actionable people plans and build leadership capability.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development for high-potential talent.
• Support organization design, role clarity, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Deliver effective Employee Relations guidance, coaching, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate learning, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Assist in compensation, workforce planning, and data-driven decision support.
