Job summary

ADM is seeking a Director, HR Strategic Projects & Transformation to lead enterprise HR initiatives from Chicago or Decatur, IL. The role partners with senior leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, systems modernization, and organizational change across HR and payroll functions.

You will shape roadmaps, governance, success metrics, and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, while guiding complex projects across multiple functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, org development, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years leading HR ops, transformation, consulting, payroll, or finance.
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems implementations or upgrades.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence and scalability.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, and metrics for enterprise HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize HR services and operating models.
• Provide strategic counsel to HR leadership and business leaders on workforce challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal.
